How to Place an Order
1. When do I need to inqure about an order?
An inquiry should be made at least 2 or more weeks or more in advance.
2. will you accept last minute order?
While I'd love to serve everyone it can be difficult to accommodate last minute orders. At least one week's notice is required. Based on availability if a last minute order is accepted, a $50 rush fee will automatically be applied and full payment is due at the time of order.
3. Do you deliver?
Unfortunately delivery is not available at this time.
4. I placed an order, when will I hear from you?
An order is only confirmed once payment has been made, if you have submitted an inquiry please allow 24-48 hrs for a response.
5. Does my cake need to be refrigerated?
Yes, all of our fabulous treats should go in the refrigerator "if possible" until ready to serve, especially in the summer. Heat and cakes do not mix. If your order is too big to fit into the refrigerator keep it in a dry, cool area and schedule pick up as close to your event as possible. Lotties Treats and Sweets is NOT responsible for how you care for your cake once it leaves the premises.
6 .How do I contact you?
By clicking "Contact Me" button or directly at LottiesTreatsAndSweets@gmail.com. Please note, our email is the only way to place inquiries and orders. As of September 23rd, 2020, I do not take orders via instagram or facebook.
7. What forms of payment do you take?
